Would recommend giving them a try, especially if you have a fussy dog that doesnt want just dry food.

Axel's RULE!!
We had to make big changes to our Golden retriever Tess's diet and after much research we decided to supplement her with the venison bones and we haven't looked back since, they are brilliant- full of goodness to support her and have never affected her sensitive tum and more importantly she loves them- she has one in every meal and always saves it till last to enjoy. Highly recommended and also they are super nice company to deal with. We would give 6 stars if we could and a big high paw from Tess!!

Excellent health from 8 weeks to 6 months

Our puppy, Bueller, had been receiving his Happy Bones from Axel's Elixirs since he was 8 weeks old. He loves them frozen or thawed, in his food or on their own. His coat and skin are the picture of good health, and overall we feel Bueller's health has been supported by having Happy Bones in his diet. We would highly recommend this product and will continue to use it as Bueller grows to an adult.

Game changer!

got these for our 3 year old Frenchy after she lost her fur brother christmas day she became a bit depressed and went off her food-we tried everything-even her favourite-cheese! but nothing worked
thought we would give Axels Bones a go-wow what a game changer! we defrost 2 and warm them for 30 seconds in the microwave and pour it over feed-she loves them!
so convenient to use-they just pop right out of the package easily-nice flat boxes for storing in the freezer-hardly take up any room and lots of flavours to choose from!
will definitely be ordering more for her 🖤

Berti is delighted

Berti is a 3 year old Bichon and has had significant gut issues. He is fed homemade food developed for him by a fabulous canine nutritionist. We have long understood the benefits of bone broth, however, we have tried absolutely every version with Berti and none of them agreed with him, we didn't get passed 3 days of a slow introduction without him having a very upset tummy. How things have changed, we started Berti on Axel Elixir, the turkey recipe, as again Berti can only eat Turkey, and we have had absolutely no negative reactions. We are beyond delighted and although we are very gradually introducing the broth we are amazed at how well Berti is taking it. Another benefit is that we live in Northern Ireland and often find that we cannot source products from sellers in GB, we bought the broth directly and it arrived in perfect condition. We have also been in contact with the Dan and Danny seeking advice and we received prompt extremely helpful responses.
So, if you have a dog with a sensitive tummy and haven't been able to find anything yet to help, please consider this product, you or your dog will not regret it.

Are your products organic?

All our dry ingredients – parsley, nettle, and kelp – are organic. As is our apple cider vinegar with mother. Our proteins are either organic or high welfare. The quality of our ingredients was our highest priority when setting up Axel’s Elixir. We made the products for Axel and wanted to give him the very best.

Are your products made from UK ingredients?

Absolutely! We work very hard to source and build strong relationships with our UK farms and suppliers. In fact, over 60% of our ingredients are sourced within a two-hour drive of our kitchens!

Are they frozen?

Yes, Happy Bones are cooked and sealed for freshness. Once they arrive and are still cool to touch, you can pop them in the freezer and refreeze as needed. For best results, place the packs flat with the film lid facing up to maintain the shape of the treats.

You can feed them straight from the freezer as a cool treat, melt and drizzle over their meals, or simply pop a piece straight into the bowl.
